Alcohol Makes You Invincible by dddddddumar Fukunovo (a.k.a. Dumar Brown, a.k.a. Nov York) takes place in the post-apocalyptic present, a setting familiar from many twenty-first-century death-cult narratives.

In this version of the post-human future, however, the surviving race inhabiting the burnt-out landscape consists of severe alcoholics. By constantly drinking, they manage to endure the devastated environment and continue their existence on the radioactive surface.

The narrative follows this unusual group of survivors and raises the question of whether these drunks might ultimately save humanity—or whether their endless intoxication merely represents another form of escape from reality and from human relationships.
