Das Ausgangsmaterial für diese Publikation entstand während eines Studienaufenthalts in Paliano bei Rom.

Die in dieser Veröffentlichung zusammengefassten Zeichnungen sind als Fortführung der Prinzipien des automatischen Zeichnens, welche bereits bei der vorherigen Publikation praktiziert wurden zu sehen.

Das fotografische Ausgangsmaterial, mit dem Tatiana Lecomte in freier Assoziation hantiert, das sie sich »ausborgt«, wie sie ihren Umgang damit selbst bezeichnet, ist nicht nur in einem allgemeinen historischen Zusammenhang zu sehen, sondern insbesondere auch in der Geschichte der Fotografie verankert.
