Der ars viva-Preis für Bildende Kunst wird seit 1953 vom Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im BDI e.V. an junge, in Deutschland lebende KünstlerInnen vergeben. In diesem Jahr geht er an Jan Paul Evers, Leon Kahane und Jumama Manna. Der Preis ist mit zwei Ausstellungen an renommierten Institutionen für zeitgenössische Kunst in Deutschland, dem ars viva-Katalog sowie einer Künstlerresidenz auf Fogo Island (Kanada) verbunden.
