The exhibition project J-Pop/G-Pop organized by Sasaoka Takashi (CAS/Osaka) and Reinhild Kuhn (Kuenstlerhaus Dortmund) investigated questions on everyday's culture in Japan and Germany. Five Japanese and six German artists were invited to present their work in a common group show that was first presented at the Künstlerhaus in Dortmund and subsequently at the CAS in Osaka.

The images shown in this book were obtained from a small set of photos found in Rome, Italy. The set consists of fifty Polaroids portraying dogs of various breeds and sizes, all taken in the beginning of the 90s.

In SETZKASTEN #01: Hernalser Augensalz wurden im Dunstkreis des Vereinslokals auf der Hernalser Hauptstraße entstandene Zeichnungen, Collagen, Poesie, grafische Notationen und Workshopdokumentationen zu einem Magazin gebündelt.

"Curator or the one who takes care of" is an artist publication who brings 80 drawings and an essay from the curator Oscar Holloway.

In an almost pathological way, the project gains intrigue through repetition of the same image, which, being constantly conjugated gets new readings and depths between the artist and the curator.
