Die Jury begründet ihre Wahl damit, dass Peter Fritzenwallner mit seinen „Micro-Performances“ und „Performance-Walks“ mobile Bezugssysteme schafft, in denen öffentlicher Raum, Kunstraum und die persönliche Begegnung durchlässige Bereiche von hoher künstlerischer Dichte und Qualität kreieren.
