His distinctive photographic style, which critics have described as ‘documentary experience’, is characterised by documentary photography charged with emotion. He is the author of several monographs, notably CAPITOLIO, published in 2009 by RM and selected as one of the best photography books at the Kassel Festival (Germany) in 2010.
