Often there are only seconds between the ignition of a blasting charge and the collapse of a building, but the planning for such a demolition can take weeks. Blasting is a profession that relies on experience, and that is conveyed through the medium of the image. The blaster, before he destroys the building, makes a complex technical drawing of the progression.

Themen der hyperrealistischen Malerei Julia Fabers sind Körperformierung und -disziplinierung, in Zitaten klassischer mythologischer Motive ebenso wie von Illustrationen zu körperpädagogischen Zwangsregulierungen aus Lehrbüchern und Zeitungsanzeigen des 19. Jahrhunderts.

Die Buxtehuder Sitzordnung besteht aus 46 Stühlen. Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen aus Buxtehude, nach einem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt, wurden gefragt, ob sie für die Ausstellung einen noch genutzten Stuhl ausleihen würden. Die Leihgeber wurden gebeten, diesen Stuhl nach eigenen Vorlieben im Raum aufzustellen. Grundrisse an der Wand stellen diesen Prozess dar. Eine kurze Befragung der Teilnehmer wurde in einer kleinen Broschüre veröffentlicht.
