Catherine Wood examines the political and media context in which Rainer chose to use the dance-theatre situation and analyses her radical approach to image-making in live form.

Erich von Däniken gehört unbestritten zu den international erfolgreichsten Sachbuch-Autoren der Gegenwart. Seine 41 Bücher wurden seit dem Bestseller 'Erinnerungen an die Zukunft' von 1968 in 32 Sprachen übersetzt und sind in über 40 Ländern erhältlich.

Ein Grund zur Entstehung dieses Buch ist das 30-jährige Jubiläum der Konfrontationen, ein anderer, dass Hans und ich etwa gleichzeitig (im Herbst letzten Jahres) eine ähnliche Idee hatten. Ich glaube, uns schwebte, damals zwar noch unklar, genau dieses Buch vor.
