Facundo de Zuviría’s Estampas 1982 / 2015 brings together photographs made over more than three decades, forming a precise visual archive of a changing city.

The images focus on surfaces, traces, and residual signs: closed shops, handwritten notices, worn walls, modest interiors, and objects marked by use. Rather than presenting the city through monuments or panoramic views, de Zuviría observes its ordinary structures and fragile details.

Combining black-and-white and colour photography, Estampas reflects on the relationship between urban space, memory, architecture, and social transformation. Photography appears here as a means of preserving what is easily overlooked: the visual remains of a city in constant change.
