IMAGINE HUMAN RIGHTS
The goal of the IMAGINE HUMAN RIGHTS book project is to introduce the 30 Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to a broader audience and at the same time support humanitarian and educational projects related to human rights.
Human Rights Watch envisions a world in which all children have free, quality and inclusive education, from primary school through secondary school. Mass worldwide school closures during Covid-19 made it starkly clear how important schools are to children and our communities.
But even before the pandemic, more than 262 million children worldwide were out of school due to reasons such as discrimination, poverty, disability, and refugee status. As schools reopen, Human Rights Watch is calling on countries to welcome all students into their classrooms and ensure every child can realize their right to an education.
