Lubok 10
Rare BookLubok 10 is part of the ongoing Lubok series, an artist-run publishing project dedicated to contemporary relief printmaking.
The volume assembles original works created specifically for the book, employing techniques such as woodcut and linocut. There are no reproductions—each page is an original print.
The publication foregrounds materiality and process: paper, ink, matrix, and seriality determine both rhythm and structure. Sequencing functions as a curatorial tool, allowing distinct artistic positions to enter into dialogue across the pages. Edited by Christoph Ruckhäberle, Lubok 10 presents the book as an exhibition format and positions printmaking as a vital, collaborative practice where tradition and contemporary visual language intersect.
