This publication presents works of the artist that were realised during two periods of staying in China between 2010 and 2011 as artist residence in Chengdu, as well as at organhaus art space in Chongqing.

Axel Stockburger is an artist who lives and works in Vienna, Austria. He graduated from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and holds a Phd by the London University of Arts, LCC. Between 2000 and 2004 he worked with the London based media art collective D-Fuse.
