For about a decade, the pictorial work of Miquel Mont has developed in a parallel and contemplementary series, based on specific processes of creation (series of scatterings, drops, pourings, skins as well as stacked, immured, mural or ready-made paintings) together with modes of thought, approach and exhibition of painting in its materiality, its tactility, its relation to the environment, to space, to light and to spectators.
