Mizu no Oto - Sound of Water

This book was published on the occasion of the exhibition "Mizu no Oto - Sound of Water" curated by 3/3 in dialogue with Rinko Kawauchi.

The exhibition aims to delineate a sensibility expressed in attention to small things, in a close bond with nature and with the flow of life through what is a key image in Japanese art, from Hokusai’s Great Wave to Asako Narahashi’s close-ups of waves: wate ras an energetic and vital element;wate ras an energetic and vital element;wate ras a metaphor oft he cycle and cyclical nature of life.
