INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL for ART. PHILOSOPHY. WILD SCIENCE
€ 68.00

The radical⇌matter journal unfolds as a two-volume journey through the shifting relations between art, science, technology, and ecology.

In a time shaped by the co-evolution of humans, animals, machines, and generative AI, creative practitioners possess the methodological tools needed to shape the cultural and ethical orientation of artificial intelligence. Both volumes bring together essays, artworks, field notes, and experimental propositions developed within a four-year artistic research project (FWF-PEEK) and reflect the enduring play of indeterminacy and ethical entanglement.

Volume 1 traces the entwinements of matter, data, and affect through the multisensory tentacles of the common octopus. Volume 2 unfolds through the spore-forming techniques of mycelium toward interspecific forms of vitality that embody the sensuous, symbiotic intelligence of fungal networks. Together, the two volumes form a living archive that challenges established boundaries between disciplines, methods, and species.
