Rudolf Polanszky’s solo exhibition in the main gallery of the Secession brings together a series of sculptural works and pictorial objects from various bodies of work created in recent years.

The works offer insight into both the artist’s intellectual world and the body of work inspired by it, which plays with the impermanence of assertion in contrast to irrefutable fact. The artist’s book published to accompany the exhibition brings together selected texts by the artist in the form of facsimiles of his handwritten notes, complete with transcriptions.
