Isabelle Graw ist Professorin für Kunstgeschichte, Kunstkritikerin und Herausgeberin der Texte zur Kunst. Die für diesen Band ausgewählten Texte aus zehn Jahren sind in ganz verschiedenen Kontexten und ganz verschiedenen Formen entstanden: längere theoretische Essays, Vorträge, Ausstellungsbesprechungen, Gespräche und Blogeinträge.

Seit sich die Theorie der Bildgeschichten angenommen hat, schlägt sie sich mit müßigen Fragen herum: Sind Comics Kunst? Sind sie vielleicht doch eher Literatur? Oder ganz einfach Trash?
